Reporting to the Customer Service & Export Compliance Manager, this role will be a customer facing position and is one of the first point of contact for our new and existing customers.
Supporting our global customer base, this role is fast paced and varied role and requires an individual with a 'can do' attitude who can communicate effectively and provide excellent customer service at all times.
THE OPPORTUNITY

One of the first points of contact, receiving inbound customer calls and emails.
Support the wider Sales teams, with any customer related information / order information they require.
Generating quotations using the ERP system as instructed by the Sales managers ensuring that accuracy is paramount.
Processing sales orders in an accurate and timely manner
Input and maintain customer and sales data into the ERP System
Assisting with the preparation of commercial bids/quotations
Gathering required documentation from customers
Arranging collection/Shipping of orders
Communicating with customer regarding status of their orders
Manage the product returns process.
Effectively manage / process customer complaints as they arise
Ad hoc duties as requested by Sales managers and Line management
WORKING HOURS
The working pattern for this position is as follows:
Monday - Thursday: 08:30 - 16:30 (30 mins lunch break)
Friday: 08:30 - 14:00 (No break)
(Total 35.5hrs)
ABOUT YOU
We are looking for someone who enjoys working within a customer facing position and within a small team to provide an effective and efficient service to new and existing customers. To be considered for the role, you require the following experience:
Experience of using an ERP System such as Epicor
Experience of working in a similar role
International sales and customer support experience
Intermediate level user of Microsoft Office packages email, word, excel, databases
Experience of handling volume queries/questions
Experience of handling customer complaints
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
Strong Communicator both written and verbal
Pro-active and able to take ownership of tasks.
Good time management skills
Good attention to detail
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
Flexible to meet business demands.
