URGENTLY REQUIRED
We are an Oil Re-Refinery based in Burslem, Stoke-on-Trent. We are currently looking for an experienced Sales & Logistics Manager for an immediate start. This is a varied role which includes:
General office management
Administration of outgoing and incoming oil stocks, overseeing the entire order cycle and ensuring timely delivery of goods to clients
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Liaising with external transport companies to plan weekly schedules
Maintaining accurate stock records
Daily monitoring of product availability and suitability, to satisfy the order schedule
Collaborate with all other departments to aid refinery operations, effective stock management and provide a seamless service to our client base
Weekly planning of our own waste oil collection vehicle and management of the maintenance schedule and vehicle costs
Ensure compliance with all regulations and safety standards
Providing support as required to the Financial Controller
Other administrative tasks, call handling and general office duties
MS Office skills (namely Excel, Word & Outlook) are essential, and knowledge of Sage 50 Accounts would be beneficial. The successful candidate must have strong communication, organisation and interpersonal skills. Experience must be demonstrated in previous similar roles and confidence in running an office efficiently is required.
Working hours: 9am to 5pm (Monday to Friday) -
Ideally to be available for an immediate start.
