Job Description
A dynamic Drinks company has been rapidly expanding and is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an Alcohol/Retail experienced individual to join a company that offers continuous progression opportunities.
Salary
\xc2\xa350,000-\xc2\xa360,000 + 10% bonus + Car
The purpose of this role is to develop the company\'s business in Northern Ireland through effective sales, margin control and relationship management.
The role will involve setting and achieving annual budgets and targets in line with business expectations. The successful candidate will actively manage sales team members to deliver required results and work closely with other parts larger group to maximise the full opportunity.
Finally, this position will be pivotal in contributing to the successful achievement of the Alcohol and Beverage Strategy for the wider group in the Island of Ireland, specifically within the Northern Ireland business.
The Ideal Candidate
- Sales management experience
- Alcohol sales / sales management experience
- Full understanding of P&L accounts
- High level of demonstrable commercial acumen
A Third level qualification in Sales / Marketing / Food & Beverage / Business is ideal.
