Sales Manager \xc2\xa345,000 per year plus commission.- Cheshire Company vehicle, tools, mobile phone, laptop are provided. Factory training in Germany will also be provided.

THE JOB ROLE
Introduce equipment to manufacturers, agricultural machinery dealers, contractors, and end users across the UK (excluding NI)

THE COMPANY
A market leading company who has grown to become a specialist in individually configurable machines, plants, and systems for the agricultural, biogas, industrial, transportation and wastewater sectors.

THE CANDIDATE
The candidate will need to have knowledge of Slurry machines and a good technical understanding of agriculture machinery, with Minimum 5 years of work experience in an agriculture related areas as product engineer or sales manager

Main tasks

• Demonstrating machines to potential customers
• Build network with agriculture universities and relevant authorities.
• Supporting Service division with installation, maintenance, and commissioning of equipment
• Managing UK stock levels and liaison with factory Production
• Managing presence at all relevant Agriculture Trade Shows

Education and professional background

• Agricultural Engineer with a good technical understanding of agriculture machinery or
• Mechanical Engineer or similar with a solid agriculture background
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in an agriculture related areas as product engineer or sales manager

Skills and personal attributes

• Excellent communicator with good sales and negotiation skills
• High degree of self-organization
• Willingness to learn and travel
• Fluent English writing and speaking skills as well as very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• High energy levels, strong execution capabilities and ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Ability to commute to Cheshire (although the successful candidate may not be required to attend the office every day)
• All candidates must have the legal right to live and work in UK.
