Sales Manager
to lead our sales operations and deliver outstanding service to both trade and retail customers.
About the Role
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with experience in both B2B and retail sales. You'll be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and maintaining high standards of service. Product knowledge is key, and the ability to quickly understand and communicate the technical benefits of our range is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement the company's sales strategy across trade, retail, and online channels
Deliver excellent customer service and support to both trade and individual buyers
Build and maintain long-term relationships with garages, distributors, and motorsport clients
Respond to customer enquiries, offer product guidance, and support sales conversion
Stay informed on our product range and work closely with the product and technical team
Represent the brand at trade shows, automotive events, and exhibitions
Track and report on sales performance and customer trends
What We're Looking For
3+ years of experience in a sales or account management role (B2B and/or retail)
Automotive, motorsport, or performance aftermarket background is highly desirable
Strong product knowledge or the ability to quickly learn technical details
A proven track record of delivering excellent customer service
Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
Motivated, organised, and results-focused
Full UK driving licence required

Experience with CRM systems or digital sales platforms
Knowledge of e-commerce and online sales channels
