Job Overview


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele. This role requires a proactive approach to managing sales strategies, fostering team collaboration, and achieving targets in a fast-paced retail environment. This role is starting at part-time, with potential full-time opportunity for the right candidate.

Responsibilities



Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives. Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to enhance performance and productivity. Communicate regularly with team members to provide guidance and support. Monitor sales metrics and analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Foster relationships with clients through excellent customer service and follow-up. Conduct training sessions for new hires on sales techniques and product knowledge. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures within the sales department. Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and administration to optimise sales efforts.

Work alongside team

on set tasks to help support target / goals - you will work with the team as a manager not only oversea Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers as necessary.

Qualifications



Proven experience in sales management or a similar leadership role within a retail environment. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; multilingual or bilingual abilities are advantageous. Demonstrated ability to sell products effectively while maintaining excellent phone etiquette. Proficient in administrative tasks related to sales operations, including reporting and documentation. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Experience in online sales management is preferred. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 11,500.00-22,750.00 per year

Expected hours: 21 - 40 per week
