Sales Manager

to lead from the front.

The Opportunity

You'll manage multiple team leaders and their sales agents, owning performance across the board. This isn't a "behind-the-desk" role. We want someone on the floor, coaching live calls, setting standards, and making things happen. You'll be a key player in our growth story--developing people, improving processes, and driving revenue.

What You'll Be Doing



Leading multiple sales teams through your team leaders Coaching live, setting daily standards, and driving KPIs Delivering structured 1:1s, sales clinics, and performance plans Analysing trends and making data-driven decisions Creating a winning, high-energy sales floor culture Ensuring full FCA compliance and ethical selling practices

What You Bring



Proven experience managing successful, fast-paced sales teams Strong leadership and people development skills Clear ability to coach different personality types effectively High emotional intelligence and resilience Ideally: experience in telesales, car finance, or a regulated B2C sales environment Deep understanding of what great customer outcomes look like
