Edge is an IT hardware, software & services supplier. Our unique selling point is offering zero-cost 1:1 device programmes and digital transformation strategies, as well as designing ICT refreshes and requirements that levy vendor promotions to UK education organizations, S.M.B, C.E.P & the Public Sector.

We also provide carbon-conscious IT products by renewing IT equipment for re-use including packaging to minimize our and out clients carbon impact.

Partnering with Microsoft, HP, Lenovo, Acer, Dell, ASUS, Google, Intel among others in relation to hardware, training, Services & Software in the UK.

The position is based at our new, purpose-built, headquarters in Chester.

Job description



We are looking for a passionate and motivated Sales Manager with experience in the IT Hardware and software industry, to manage our new sales team. As our sales manager your main responsibility will be to drive our business success by recruiting new staff & implementing a strong and sustainable sales strategy. Your, and your team's goal will be to gain leads and follow-up prospects to their conclusion.

Sales Manager duties and responsibilities:



Designing & Implementing Sales Campaigns with Senior Managment Setting sales targets Find prospects and leads through the sales team to create healthy sales funnel To set and review KPI's and report to Senior Management weekly Manage and increase eCommerce sales and all social media avenues Meet with potential clients and act as their account manager Design & run current vendor-led promotions Recruit, hire and train new sales representatives in line with our growth Manage research of potential clients through LinkedIn and other organizations Deliver quarterly marketing plan, designed and agreed with senior management Attend sales educational events and seminars Stay up to date with the latest sales trends and best practices

The Ideal candidate will be:



Highly Motivated and capable to working un-monitored Be an experience IT salesperson (Minimum 1 Year experience, preferably 3 Years) Proven record of acquiring new client and retaining them Experience in telemarketing and processes & tools Experienced with MS 365 (essential), Co-Pilot (desired), CRM and AI applications (preferred but not necessary, training will be applied) Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company's image & success Creative thinker with problem-solving skills as a must Team player & ensuring high morale of the sales team Excellent leadership skills Good time-management skills Great interpersonal and communication skills

Job Type

: Full-time

Monday - Friday 37.5hrs

Expectation to work outside business hours when necessary

Pay

: 30,000.00 - 50,000.00 Basic per year (Dependant on experience)

With OTE Up To 100,000.00
