Your Key Responsibilities



Converting a high volume of Christmas party and event enquiries into confirmed bookings. Preparing tailored,engaging proposals for corporate clients and party organisers. Hosting venue site visits that bring the Nightcap festive experience to life. Building and nurturing relationships with businesses,agencies,and key accounts. Upselling drinks packages,entertainment,and festive add-ons to maximise revenue. Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth planning and delivery of events. Providing exceptional customer service that drives repeat business into the new year. Acting as an ambassador for Nightcap - bringing energy,professionalism,and Christmas cheer to every interaction.


What We're Looking For



Proven experience in sales or events management. A confident,resilient,and target-driven personality. Organised and able to thrive in the fast-paced festive period. Someone who loves nightlife,cocktails,and creating unforgettable party experiences. * A natural people-person who can juggle multiple clients while keeping every one of them feeling valued.
