Sales Manager - Crane Hire

NRC is a long established crane hire company with headquarters in Essex. Originally involved in general plant hire, but now specialising solely in Telescopic and Lattice Crawler Cranes, with an extensive hire fleet.

Mini Telescopic Cranes in 5t, 6t and 8t Capacity*
Larger Telescopic Crawler Cranes from 25t to 127t Capacity*
Lattice Boom Crawler Cranes ranging from 35t to 280t Capacity*

NRC is part of the Joseph Gallagher Group, which comprises of a number of businesses that complement the Group's core activities of tunnelling and civil engineering.

The Sales Manager will:

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, particularly Tier 1 Contractors and large Tier 2 sub-contractors.*
Understand key industry drivers and strategically position NRC's offering to be in the right place at the right time.*
Identify and pursue opportunities in new industry sectors as those sectors grow with the economy.*
Collaborate with other departments and colleagues to ensure positive client experiences from quotation and delivery right through to invoicing.*
Create and maintain impeccable records on customer interactions, upcoming projects and key targets.*
Build the company brand, market presence and further NRC's professional image in the industry.*
