The Role: Sales Manager
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional with at least five years of experience in estate agency. As a Sales Manager, you'll drive business growth, manage client relationships, oversee viewings, negotiate offers, and guide deals through to completion. You will play a key role in developing and executing strategies to expand our portfolio and strengthen our presence in the East London property market.
We're looking for someone who naturally goes above and beyond for their clients--someone who can spot opportunities for growth, provide honest and strategic advice, and work with the goal of achieving the best possible outcomes for all parties involved,, regardless of the time and effort it may take to achieve.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate New Business:
Proactively identify new opportunities for business growth through local canvassing, networking, and outreach.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with both buyers and vendors, offering expert advice and guidance throughout the sales process.
Monitor and Report Performance:
Track team KPIs, sales targets, and performance data, providing regular reports and insights.
Conduct Property Viewings:
Lead viewings with professionalism, ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Negotiate Offers:
Lead negotiations to secure the best deals for our clients, ensuring a smooth transaction process.
Manage Deal Progression:
Oversee the full sales cycle, ensuring all transactions progress smoothly to completion.
Strategic Marketing:
Collaborate on property marketing strategies.
Social Media and Branding:
Represent Storeys confidently in social media content and assist with creating engaging marketing materials.
Tech & Systems:
Utilise CRM systems and other digital tools to manage leads, sales pipelines, and team activity.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with other departments to ensure the highest level of service and performance across the business.
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 5 years of experience in residential property sales, with a proven track record of managing and leading a sales team.
Demonstrable ability to hit and exceed sales targets.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
A well-rounded, hands-on approach to tasks across the business, ensuring all aspects of the sales process run efficiently.
Highly motivated, organised, and target-driven with a strong ability to execute strategies.
Confident in front of the camera for social media content and property videos.
Strong knowledge of the East London property market is highly desirable.
A proactive and professional attitude with a commitment to delivering the best outcomes for clients.
