Vacancy Description:

Birchills are recruiting for a highly experienced Sales Manager in the Estate Agency field to front our sales team.

We're offering a great package for somebody to build our sales market share in Leytonstone, which includes a competitive basic salary, and up to 30% commission per sale! The package offers the opportunity to earn circa 100,000+ per annum.

This is a position for an entrepreneurial driven individual who is looking for a limitless opportunity to grow within an already up and running successful business.

Job roles and responsibilities:

Overseeing the general running of the office Driving new business for the sales side of the business Booking and conducting valuations Targeted for instructing homes onto the market in the local area Providing excellent customer care to our existing vendors Working alongside the owner of the business daily.

Note:

Own car is required. Own phone is required. Must be completely fluent in English. Live within a commutable driving distance of 30 minutes from Leytonstone.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Working Week: Monday to Friday + every other Saturday

Pay: 70,000.00-100,000.00 per year
