Sales Manager
to lead our sales operation, motivate our team, and deliver strong growth across multiple product divisions.
The Role
As Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for leading and developing our sales team, maximising revenue, and ensuring every customer enjoys a professional and positive experience. You'll set targets, monitor performance, and work closely with marketing and operations to ensure leads convert into satisfied customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and motivate field sales representatives
Drive sales across all our home improvement products
Manage lead allocation, pipelines, and conversion rates using our CRM system
Provide training, coaching, and support to help the team hit and exceed targets
Track KPIs and report performance to senior management
Contribute to promotions, campaigns, and new sales strategies to boost growth
What We're Looking For
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Senior Sales Executive in home improvements, construction, or a related industry
Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to get the best out of a team
Commercially minded, with a track record of hitting targets and growing sales
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
Confident using CRM systems and reporting on sales performance
Full UK driving licence
