We're searching for a dynamic, hands-on

Sales

Manager

to lead the sales department in our office - a branch with serious untapped potential. You will also be working alongside a market leading lettings team.

What You'll Be Doing:

Driving business development and expanding the branch's market share Creating and executing innovative sales and marketing strategies Delivering outstanding customer service and building lasting client relationships Managing daily operations while ensuring compliance and professional standards Being a proactive presence - both in the office and within the local community

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in residential sales Passion for property and a hunger to build something special Solid local knowledge Full UK driving licence and OWN car
