Key Responsibilities

Lead and motivate a team of Sales Negotiators to hit and exceed targets Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth running and client satisfaction Drive business growth through prospecting, canvassing, and building relationships Conduct property valuations and win new instructions Monitor sales progression and ensure high standards of customer service Train, coach, and develop staff to support career progression

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in residential

estate agency sales

Previous managerial or senior negotiator experience Strong leadership and motivational skills Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities Track record of
