Sales Manager
to join their fast-growing, independent Real Estate firm. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in expanding our client base, leading a dynamic sales team, and contributing to the continued growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
Grow, lead, support, and motivate a high-performing residential sales team
Drive business development and overall performance across the sales division
Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and referral sources
Generate new client instructions through effective pipeline management
Deliver exceptional levels of customer service at all times
Support and develop team members through regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and coaching
Ensure professional representation of the firm in all client interactions
Maintain accurate records on the CRM and sales tracking systems
Produce and monitor sales forecasts, targets, and performance reports
Stay informed on company products, services, and industry developments
Skills and Experience:
Proven experience in a sales leadership or management role
Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Exceptional leadership and people management skills
High level of professionalism and customer service orientation
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Competitive base salary (c45,000) with OTE circa 80,000 ++
