We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales activities in the installation of PVC wall cladding solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining relationship with the installers network of the company (Circa 2.7M turnover), developing new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth by promoting our products and services to contractors, developers, architects, and commercial clients.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve growth in both supply-only and supply & installation contracts.
Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within the construction, commercial, healthcare, education, and hospitality sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, specifiers, architects, and end clients.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, quotations, and tender submissions.
Negotiate contracts and close sales in line with company pricing and margin requirements.
Work closely with the operations and installation teams to ensure smooth project handover and customer satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform business strategy.
Achieve individual and team sales targets, providing regular reporting to senior management.
Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events where required.
Experience
Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within the construction, building products, or wall cladding sector.
Experience of selling to contractors, developers, and/or specifiers.
Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Ability to manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract close.
Self-motivated with strong organisational and time-management skills.
IT literate (CRM systems, MS Office, SAP).
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as required.
DESIRABLE
Knowledge of PVC wall cladding systems or related interior construction products.
Understanding of installation processes and project management in a contracting environment.
Existing network of contacts within the construction or interiors sector.

Home based but requirement to travel to customers and report to main office as and when required (minimum of 50% travel time is required).
