To be successful in this role you will have;
A proven
track record in automotive sales
either as a Sales Manager or a Senior Sales Executive. Goodbusiness and commercial understanding.
Apositive
and forward thinking work ethic. The skills and experience tolead and inspire a team.
Aproactive
and organised approach. Exceptionalcommunication
, and interpersonal skills. Experience working as part of a team in a target driven environment, supporting both shared and personal objectives.Your duties will include;
Enhancing the sales
and profitability of new and used vehicles and related products. Effectivelyrecruit, train, motivate and support other members
of the sales team to reach expected targets, which you will track andreport to senior management.
Deliver exceptional, personalisedcustomer service.
Maintainproduct knowledge
of cars and ad ons.Advise on finance
, insurance and product accessories. Work to set KPIs andtargets.
