own and optimise our sales function
from pipeline to process -- and help us unlock our next phase of growth.;
About the Role
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will:
Manage and develop the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure for B2B and B2C
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools and data-led forecasting
Set, monitor, and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Implement process improvements to reduce sales cycle time and improve conversion
Coach and mentor a growing team of sales executives and account managers
Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Marketing, and Finance to ensure delivery and customer retention
Provide accurate, timely reporting to leadership on pipeline health and performance metrics
We're Looking for Someone Who:
Is a completer-finisher*, someone who doesn't just start strong, but delivers all the way to the end Has 5+ years in B2B sales management (experience in waste management, facilities, or industrial services is a strong plus)
Understands how to build and scale predictable sales processes
Is motivated by targets, metrics, and operational excellence
Is confident using CRM systems to manage pipeline and reporting
Has strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
Thrives in a fast-paced, ambitious environment where accountability matters
