Luxury department store, Harvey Nichols, is searching for a new Sales Manager to join its thriving Menswear department in London \xe2\x80\x93 Knightsbridge. In this role as Sales Manager, you will be supporting & reporting into the Store Director, working with your great team and Department Manager to make sure everything with the floor runs smoothly. Tasks such as management of the shop floor, leading the style advisors, ensuring KPIs in the department are met and that you are offering all our customers a unique luxury experience.

About the role\xe2\x80\xa6

As the new Sales Manager for our Menswear Department you will be responsible for achieving planned sales targets and department objectives through your amazing sales team. You will also be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer service experience, driving all team members to engage with our customers in a knowledgeable, personable and a relationship building manner. You will work closely with your Department Manager helping your team to be the best they can be. You will:

• Be accountable for the achievement of financial aims for the floor
• Create ideas of strategies that focus on enhancing customer service satisfaction
• Drive excellent customer service through your team
• Monitor the team\xe2\x80\x99s engagement with customers and grow the interaction rate
• Develop key strategies to enhance the customer experience
• In charge of recruitment to ensure we recruit excellent team members with track record of sales and service
• Actively pursuing business opportunities via promotions, events in store and seeking out new business where appropriate
• Keeping the team motivated and team morale high
• Communicating with brands and the buying team to ensure stock is tailored to the customer base we have.
