Sales Manager

to lead our sales team and help us deliver exceptional results.

The Role

As Sales Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day performance of our sales team, ensuring targets are achieved while maintaining our reputation for outstanding client care. You'll motivate and mentor staff, drive business growth, and play an active role in winning new instructions and progressing sales.

Key Responsibilities

Leading, coaching and motivating the sales team to achieve targets Driving new business generation and instruction levels Conducting regular performance reviews and setting objectives Managing property pipelines, from valuation to completion Supporting with high-value valuations and negotiations Building strong relationships with clients and local partners Monitoring KPIs and reporting performance to senior management

What We're Looking For

Proven track record as a Sales Manager, Valuer, or Senior Negotiator within estate agency Strong leadership and team management skills Ability to drive business performance while maintaining client satisfaction Excellent negotiation and closing skills Target-driven and commercially minded Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
