We're now seeking a driven and experienced

Sales Manager

to lead our

Mazda dealership in Leicester

What You'll Be Doing

Leading, motivating, and developing the Sales Executive team to achieve sales and customer service targets Driving new and used car sales performance, including F&I penetration, accessory sales, and retention KPIs Managing stock, forecasts, and departmental budgets effectively Delivering an exceptional customer journey that reflects both Mazda and Sandicliffe standards Ensuring compliance with FCA and company policies across all sales activity Coaching and mentoring team members to support career development and succession planning Working closely with senior management to identify opportunities for growth and continuous improvement
What We're Looking For

Proven experience in a Sales Manager, Transaction Manager, or Business Manager role within the motor trade Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and influence a team Excellent commercial awareness and the drive to exceed targets A customer-focused approach with a track record of delivering first-class service FCA accreditation and a solid understanding of compliance Organised, resilient, and able to perform in a fast-paced dealership environment Full UK driving licence
