Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to join our team at DoubleTree by Hilton. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales strategies and managing client relationships to achieve revenue goals. The focus will be on conferences, events and weddings but there will be an element of our spa and restaurant as well. Your leadership will play a critical role in enhancing our market presence and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.
Manage and nurture relationships with key clients and partners.
Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities.
Lead and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed targets.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance and forecasts.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
Proven experience in sales management within the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
Excellent analytical skills to assess market conditions and performance.
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is a plus.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
