Deenobz Logistics and Cleaning Ltd is a fast-growing service company based in Liverpool, specialising in professional cleaning, property maintenance, and logistics support. We provide end-of-tenancy cleans, domestic and commercial cleaning, courier and errand services, and bespoke delivery support across Merseyside and Greater Manchester.

Overview


We're expanding rapidly and are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team, growth strategy, build strong client relationships, and secure long-term contracts with housing associations, local councils, and private clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales management, with a proven track record of achieving targets and developing effective sales strategies. This role requires excellent leadership skills, the ability to motivate a team, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Duties



Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and increase market share. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets. Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Conduct regular performance reviews with team members, providing feedback and coaching to enhance their skills. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market analysis for senior management. Collaborate with marketing teams to align promotional strategies with sales goals. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining high standards of customer service. Manage relationships with estate agents, property managers, and local authorities. Lead tender submissions and proposals for commercial cleaning and logistics contracts. Track performance metrics, prepare weekly and monthly sales reports. Collaborate with the operations team to align service delivery with client expectations. Attend networking events and trade shows to promote Deenobz's services.

Experience



Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role within the industry. Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management (CRM) software. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to analyse data and make informed decisions based on insights. Experience in developing training programmes for sales teams is advantageous. Familiarity with Microsoft Office packages to include outlook, word and excel. A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
