, reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director. You won't just lead a team--you'll own the sales journey from first enquiry to signed contract.
What you'll do:
Lead & coach a high-energy, high-performing, dedicated Sales Executive team--celebrate wins, support development, and keep the momentum high.
Own the enquiry-to-contract process: convert viewings into contracts and gather actionable feedback.
Partner with marketing and 3rd party agents to keep messaging accurate and listings which out-perform our competitors.
Support group bookings and B2B relationships, working closely with the Sales & Marketing Director.
Keep CRM spot?on: frequent audits, reporting, and insight-driven improvements.
What you bring:
3-5 years in PBSA/lettings/property sales, with frontline leadership.
Organised, data-savvy, and energised by targets.
Team-focused and confident in role delivery.
A motivator who spots challenges early and solves them fast.
