Job Description


  • Join a rapidly growing beauty company with excellent progression opportunities
  • Work with some of the biggest brands in the beauty industry
  • Manage and grow your account base across the London independent HoReCa channel
  • Actively prospect and win new business
  • Present new brands to customers and up sell products to increase spend
  • Regularly review the market to identify opportunities for growth
  • Lead and deliver internal and external presentations to report internally and secure new business
  • Lead contract tenders, negotiations and pricing discussions with clients
  • Deliver product samplings and training sessions to your account base
  • Forecast efficiently and work with demand planning to ensure efficient supply
  • Monthly reporting to track sales and revenue growth

  • Must have a passion for new business development
  • Must have prior sales experience, with experience managing accounts
  • An interest in beauty products is essential
  • Experience selling into the HoReCa channel is a bonus
  • Entrepreneurial, self-starter mindset
  • Strong communicator with good commercial acumen
  • Must be able to travel around London and be in trade 2-3 days a week

My client is a forward thinking, fun, energetic business. They are now looking for a Sales Manager, with a true passion for brands, especially within beauty, to grow their independent HoReCa business across London.
  • \xc2\xa345k-\xc2\xa350k base salary
  • Up to \xc2\xa325k extra in commission, paid quarterly
  • Travel expenses reimbursed
