UniQ Studios is a market leader in luxury property rentals for short stays, events, and productions. We manage a portfolio of multimillion-pound properties across the UK, offering unique spaces to an elite clientele including celebrities, global brands, and production companies. Our clients include Netflix, BBC, Samsung, Estee Lauder, Universal Music, and the Sidemen, among many others.

We are now looking for an

experienced and strategic Sales Manager

to lead and scale our expanding sales department, currently made up of a

UK-based team (2-4 people)

and a

remote sales team (3 VAs)

. This is a high-impact role for someone who has walked the walk in sales, led teams, and is ready to take full ownership of the department--with support and input from the directors.

Key Responsibilities:



Sales Strategy & Team Leadership



Take full ownership of the sales department, leading both UK-based and virtual teams. Coach, mentor, and train the team to meet performance targets and close high-value deals. Lead

weekly sales workshops

, develop sales scripts, objection-handling guides, and conversion optimisation techniques. Identify skills gaps and deliver

ongoing training

using real sales interactions and performance metrics.

Performance Reporting & Process Optimisation



Monitor and report on key KPIs: conversion rates, lead source effectiveness, team performance, sales cycle timelines, and overall revenue. Audit the current sales process and implement

scalable frameworks

and systems to drive consistent results. Work with directors to refine pricing strategies, commission structures, and lead allocation models.

Hands-On High-Value Sales



Personally handle the most

valuable and strategic enquiries

, especially those requiring a high level of persuasion and client relationship management. Maximise average order value (AOV) and long-term client retention through exceptional consultative selling.

Collaboration & Communication



Act as the bridge between sales, marketing, and operations--ensuring lead quality, feedback loops, and seamless delivery. Liaise with the marketing team to align campaigns with sales goals and ensure lead generation supports conversion goals.

Ideal Candidate Profile:



Essential Requirements



Minimum

3+ years of direct sales experience

, with a track record of consistently exceeding targets Proven experience

managing a sales team

--including remote staff or virtual assistants Deep understanding of

CRM systems

, sales pipelines, lead scoring, and reporting tools Excellent coaching ability, with a passion for growing others through structured training and real-time feedback Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to spot revenue opportunities and adapt strategy accordingly

Desirable Experience



Background in

luxury property, events, hospitality

, or high-ticket B2B sales Experience with remote teams, systems such as

Uplisting, PriceLabs, Monday.com

, or equivalent Understanding of the short-let and creative production markets
