We are hiring a

dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive

to let one of the most

luxurious student residences in Central London

- just minutes from

Imperial College London

You will be the face of our residence, converting enquiries into bookings and delivering a first-class service from first contact to check-in. If you're passionate about real estate, student life, or luxury experiences - and know how to close - we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively engage with student leads and parents via phone, email, WhatsApp, and virtual tours Highlight the value of our all-inclusive premium studios with services like concierge, weekly cleaning, and 24/7 support Manage and convert leads using

CRM tools like Salesforce

Coordinate and host both in-person and virtual viewings Achieve

weekly and monthly booking targets

in line with business goals

What We're Looking For

Proven

track record in sales

(experience in

real estate

,

student accommodation

, or

hospitality

is a strong plus) Excellent

communication and interpersonal skills

- you're confident, friendly, and persuasive Proficient in using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), Microsoft Office, and digital communication tools Highly motivated, team-oriented, and performance-driven Knowledge of

London's student housing market

or

international student trends

is advantageous
