Your responsibilities




We are looking for a Sales Manager (m/f/d) based in UK to take a leading role in developing and supporting our well-established dealer network. At EP Equipment, we have a strong structure of trusted dealers and rental partners across the region - your mission is to help them grow, thrive, and collaborate more effectively.

In this role, you'll act as the key link between EP and our UK dealer base. You will be on the road, engaging directly with our partners. Your presence, coaching, and hands-on support will be critical to strengthening relationships and unlocking further growth potential. The remaining time will be spent working from your home office, coordinating with our internal teams and reporting on progress.



You will be the main point of contact for our dealers within the UK. You will be building relationships with new and existing dealers and will proactively guide them to sell the EP products.

Be the trusted partner for our UK dealer network

- with a focus on strengthening existing relationships, not just building new ones.

Develop and implement strategies

to support dealer growth, drive local sales, and improve performance across the network.

Coach, train, and support dealers

to help them better position and sell EP's product portfolio.

Foster collaboration and communication

between dealers to share best practices and create a stronger, more unified network. You will engage daily with your

Crosscultural team

both in China and Europe to ensure our customers get the support they need

Act as a key interface

between dealers and EP's internal teams, ensuring smooth coordination and support across departments.

Prepare regular reports and forecasts

for senior management.

Experienced:

Proven track record of successful sales and dealer relationship management within the

forklift industry

You understand the needs, challenges, and dynamics of dealer networks and know how to motivate and develop them.

Organized & Efficient:

You can manage multiple dealer accounts, prioritize actions, and meet deadlines consistently.

Growth-Minded:

Eager to learn, adapt, and continuously develop.

Mobile:

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly throughout the UK.
