What You'll Be Doing

Proactively engaging with inbound leads from our high-traffic website and forecourt visitors Managing and supporting a team of 12 Sales people. Building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and offering tailored vehicle and finance solutions Supporting customers through every stage of the buying process, from test drives to aftersales care Using our Dealerweb CRM system to track activity and manage follow-ups Meeting and exceeding personal and team sales targets Being part of our supportive, performance-driven culture where no two days are the same

About You

We're looking for motivated individuals with:

Experience in Automotive retail Sales Management or assistant manager looking for the next step. A consultative approach - you're great at listening and guiding customers to the right solution A positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the drive to exceed targets A full UK driving licence

Working Hours & Location

Location:

Nuneaton Car Sales Showroom, CV10 7RZ

Hours:

5 days on 2 days off, with weekend work.

Office Set-Up:

100% Showroom/ Office-based
