The Role




As the Sales Manager, you will lead efforts to drive revenue growth through targeted sales strategies, cultivate strong client relationships, and capitalise on opportunities to maximise occupancy and revenue in line with the Hotel's overall strategic goals. Your role is vital in ensuring the Hotel's financial success while consistently enhancing guest satisfaction and delivering an exceptional and unforgettable guest experience.

Responsibilities include



Develop and implement an effective sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue targets Build and nurture strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, travel agencies, and other potential sources of business Prepare and present proposals to clients, negotiate contracts, and develop new business Identify opportunities to maximise occupancy and revenue by analysing market trends, competitor strategies, and the hotel's unique selling points Generate regular sales reports and forecasts, providing management with insights on sales performance and areas for improvement

Required Skills & Experience



Experience in sales & revenue management within the hospitality industry is essential*
Knowledge of hotel distribution channels, pricing strategies, and market segmentation Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key partners Results-driven with a track record of achieving revenue targets

It's a 6-minute walk from Paignton Pier and 3 miles from Torquay. This traditional, iconic property provides a great base for exploring the English Riviera and the Jurassic Coast.


The Redcliffe has 70 ensuite rooms, indoor and outdoor pools, fitness suite and 2 seaside restaurants. The Redcliffe has many unique features, including direct access to the beach via a tunnel.Over the coming months an extensive redevelop programme is being undertaken to transform The Redcliffe into an opulent and luxurious place to stay.
