```Duties```
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
- Set sales targets and monitor performance to ensure targets are met or exceeded
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the industry
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of sales activities
- Prepare sales reports and present them to senior management
- Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities
```Experience```
- Proven experience in retail management or sales management
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus
- Ability to effectively manage a team and provide leadership
- Experience in supervising, training, and motivating sales representatives
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Exceptional time management skills
