Sales Manager
to lead its growth.

What You'll Be Doing
Developing and executing a strategic
sales plan
to drive business development and brand growth
Building and maintaining strong relationships with
architects, contractors, and specifiers
Managing and mentoring the sales team, helping them exceed targets
Representing the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings
Providing accurate forecasting and reporting to senior leadership
About You
Proven experience in
construction or glazing sales
(rooflight experience is a plus)
Strong
leadership qualities
, with the ability to inspire and motivate
Excellent
communication and negotiation skills
Results-focused, with a deep understanding of
B2B sales and market development
Comfortable working in a
fast-paced, evolving environment
