to lead and grow our Flat Roof Testing Division. This role is pivotal in driving commercial success through client relationship management and promoting flat roof testing at industry events.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the flat roof testing sector.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and property/facilities managers.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Contract Management
Oversee the negotiation, execution, and administration of roof testing contracts.
Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and company standards.
Monitor contract performance and resolve any issues or disputes.
Project Coordination
Collaborate operations teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Market Intelligence
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes.
Provide feedback to marketing team to refine offerings.
Reporting & Forecasting
Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts.
Report on KPIs and contribute to strategic planning.
Qualifications & Experience:
Proven experience in contract sales, ideally within the roofing or construction industry.
Understanding of flat roofing systems, materials, and installation processes would be advantageous.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
On-site experience would be preferred.
