What You'll Be Doing

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, promoting loyalty and repeat business Conduct engaging product demonstrations that clearly highlight benefits tailored to customer needs Close sales with confidence, handling objections and ensuring a smooth customer journey Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns, promotions, and generate leads Track your sales activity, client feedback, and performance metrics to continually improve
What We're Looking For

Must-Haves:

Proven sales experience, ideally in a customer-facing role Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence Solid negotiation skills and confidence in closing deals Self-motivated, enthusiastic, resilient, and eager to learn Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice-to-Haves:

Experience in (or knowledge of) our sector / product type Prior experience with marketing collaboration or campaign work Local knowledge of Paisley, surrounding areas, or ability to travel locally
