About Us
Hotshots Academy is a fast-growing youth football organisation delivering structured coaching and competitions to children through schools. We partner directly with primary and secondary schools to provide engaging, high-quality football provision that improves pupil wellbeing, behaviour, and skill development -- with zero burden on school staff.
We're now looking for a
Sales Manager
to lead our school partnership efforts -- opening conversations, booking calls and converting interest into confirmed, long-term partnerships.
Your Role
Introduce Hotshots programmes to schools through outbound calls, email outreach, and school visits
Speak directly with Headteachers, PE Leads, School Business Managers and MAT leaders
Build relationships that lead to long-term partnerships
Handle all aspects of the sales cycle -- from first contact to signed agreement
Work closely with the operations team to ensure a smooth handover once schools are onboarded
Use our CRM tools and sales trackers to manage leads and follow-ups
What We're Looking For
Experience in education sales, edtech outreach, or selling school-based services (PE, clubs, tutoring, enrichment etc.) is strongly preferred
Confident communicator with a professional but personable approach to speaking with school leaders
A proactive, target-driven mindset -- you follow up consistently and close with confidence
Strong understanding of school calendars, structures, and decision-making processes
Passion for sport, youth development or education is a big plus
