At Fun & Active Playgrounds, we're passionate about helping schools create inspiring, engaging and active outdoor spaces for children. We're known for our vibrant playground markings and are now expanding into high-quality playground equipment installations. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced and energetic Sales Manager to help drive this next chapter.
The Role:
As our Sales Manager, you'll play a vital role in growing both our established playground markings offering and our exciting new playground equipment range. You'll meet with schools and other educational clients -- both virtually and in person -- to understand their needs, build strong relationships, and deliver tailored solutions that transform their outdoor spaces.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing the full sales process from initial enquiry through to closing deals and handing over to the delivery team
Conducting virtual consultations with playground markings customers and providing expert advice
Visiting schools and sites to support and sell our playground equipment range
Identifying new business opportunities and supporting the growth of our equipment division
Building and maintaining long-term relationships with schools, councils and key decision-makers
Preparing proposals and presentations, with support from our design and operations teams
Providing regular sales updates and forecasts to senior management
About You:
Proven experience in a sales role, ideally in education, outdoor play, sports or construction sectors
Confident in delivering both virtual and in-person presentations and consultations
Strong communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills
A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Full UK driving licence and comfortable with regular travel to client sites
