As Sales Manager for UK & Ireland, you will be implementing plans, promoting the product portfolio, delivering on the set objectives, and maintaining the desired perceptions across UK.
Main responsibilities:
Ensure the sales deployment directions provided by the Cluster Manager are reflected in the staffing of the sales company
Prepare a sales and margin budget, expense budget, or forecast
Ensure the accurate price list and pricing procedures are implemented
Recruit, mentor, and coordinate the Sales team, while closely collaborating with the Sales Support Manager
Build and implement an action-based local Marketing and Sales Plan
Conduct joint customer visits with the team members, to ensure good relationships with customers and supervise the field sales staff's performance
Lead wholesalers relationships, in regards to agreements, bonuses, rebates, data management, etc
