Your Mission:
Lead & Deliver
: Manage and grow a team of 8 high-performing Sales Consultants, ensuring targets are hit consistently.
Drive Daily Performance
: Run high-energy morning meetings to motivate and focus the team, with a strategy for each day.
Optimise Every Call
: Monitor sales calls daily to identify coaching opportunities and unlock even better results.
Report with Insight
: Analyse team metrics and performance trends, delivering clear and actionable insights to senior leadership.
Set the Standard
: Create a fast-paced, results-driven culture where hitting goals is the baseline and smashing them is the expectation.
What You Bring:
Minimum 4 years of telesales management experience
A proven track record of scaling sales performance and growing revenue
The ability to coach, inspire, and lead from the front
A natural rapport builder with a keen eye for performance gaps and improvements
Nice to Have:
Experience in direct telesales or sales call centre environments
Knowledge or passion for the property investment space
