Sales Manager
to join our team.
About the role:
We are seeking someone who is both commercially driven and hands-on. The Sales Manager will play a key role in growing our customer base, managing leads, and ensuring excellent customer experiences -- while also occasionally assisting with operational tasks such as preparing storage units or handling light packages when needed.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a varied role that combines customer interaction, sales strategy, and practical involvement.
Key responsibilities:
Manage and convert sales leads via phone, email, and in-person visits.
Build strong customer relationships and deliver excellent service.
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase occupancy rates.
Coordinate bookings, pickups, and customer logistics with the operations team.
Occasionally assist with light manual tasks such as moving or preparing boxes and ensuring units are customer-ready.
Maintain accurate records of inquiries, conversions, and performance.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Confident using CRM systems, spreadsheets, and online tools.
Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to get involved on the ground when needed.
