This is a fully remote role, however there may be some occasional travel. Candidates should be able to work flexible hours including occasional evenings to be able to service clients in the US.
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our team. This role involves making outbound calls and emails to new prospects, conducting demos and developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new sales opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and experience in B2B sales. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and delivering exceptional service to our clients. You will promote the company's new Spaces360 product which is a market leading platform in the Web3 space. The role will suit a go getter who is happy to make a lot of outbound calls and emails. The role offers a bonus scheme that is uncapped, and on target bonuses on top of salary are 2000pm.
Duties
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted outreach and networking
Develop customised sales strategies tailored to client needs and market trends
Utilise Salesforce to track sales activities, manage pipelines, and generate reports
Analyse market data and client feedback to inform sales approaches and improve service delivery
Lead negotiations and close deals effectively, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products or services
Provide leadership within the sales team by sharing best practices and mentoring junior staff
Requirements
Proven experience in B2B sales with a strong track record of achieving targets
Excellent analysis skills to interpret market data and customer insights
Good IT Skills
Demonstrated leadership capabilities within a sales environment
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
