We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales person to lead our sales initiatives and help marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, be proficient in Salesforce, and have the ability to communicate effectively in Spanish. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, enhancing brand visibility, and fostering relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives. Analyse market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities for growth. Manage the sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve targets. Oversee the creation of marketing materials, campaigns, and promotional activities. Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with overall business goals. Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management. Conduct training sessions for team members on effective sales techniques and product knowledge.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a sales role. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is essential. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; fluency in Spanish is a significant advantage. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also demonstrating leadership capabilities.
