Are you highly organised, proactive, and passionate about supporting sales and marketing teams? We're looking for a

Sales & Marketing Administrator

to join our dynamic team. This role is key to ensuring smooth collaboration between sales and marketing, helping drive growth and customer engagement.

What You'll Do

Cleanse and maintain customer and prospect data using professional social media and sales intelligence platforms. Research and profile target prospects via online resources and external data providers. Connect with prospects on LinkedIn, share relevant content, and promote our products and services. Organise and manage sales leads and customer data in our CRM system. Proactively identify and establish contact with potential customers. Maintain accurate CRM records for effective segmentation and targeted marketing. Record client activity and assign qualified leads to account managers. Update and manage sales pipeline reports. Review procurement portals and RFI/ITT documentation for new opportunities. Assist with pre-sales documentation and ensure proper record-keeping. Manage the company's LinkedIn presence, grow followers, and post regular updates. Participate in sales and marketing events.

What We're Looking For

Strong organisational and communication skills. Experience with CRM systems and data management. Familiarity with lead prospecting and social media platforms. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proactive approach to identifying opportunities and building relationships.

What We Offer

Flexible working options (Full-time or Part-time - 25 hours per week). Hybrid working - 2 days per week in our Hook, Hampshire office. Opportunity to work in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Pay: 18.00-22.00 per hour
