Job Description

Ark are looking for a Senior Sales Coordinator to join the new business team to coordinate the team's sales activities. Your role will include managing the CRM system as a super user and administrator, preparing proposals and tenders, organising follow ups, and chasing up on actions with internal and external stakeholders.

TO APPLY YOU MUST HAVE

4 years + experience within a consultancy that demonstrated fast progression where you were highly entrusted with responsibilities 2-3 years' experience in a similar business development team environment within services or software business Experience working with excel and databases or systems (HubSpot desirable) Experience creating word documents and templates Experience chasing and follow up Proven skills to proofread proposals/tenders and modify them to client requirements Track record for reliability, handling complexity and resourcefulness

JOB SPECIFICS

We are offering a competitive basic salary of up to 35,000 per annum with 23 days holiday.



This position is Hybrid working with 6-8 days a month at our London office. You will also be expected to attend 2 weekly social evenings with your team and fellow teams.
