Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive growth in our air conditioning services. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong networking skills to build lasting relationships and secure new business opportunities. E-mail marketing is a strong plus.
Responsibilities
Proactively contact facilities management companies, commercial agents, property managers, and other organisations responsible for larger properties.
Identify and target potential clients in commercial sectors (e.g., offices, retail spaces, industrial units, and multi-site portfolios).
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
Promote our full range of air conditioning services, including installation, servicing, maintenance, and repairs.
Conduct outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and in-person meetings to generate leads and arrange consultations.
Collaborate with our technical team to prepare quotes and proposals.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the air conditioning customer base.
Attend industry events, networking opportunities, and trade shows as required.
Skills
Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management (ideally within HVAC, air conditioning, facilities management, or related fields).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to cold call and build rapport quickly.
A self-motivated individual with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a pipeline of leads independently.
Knowledge of the commercial property or facilities management sector is highly advantageous.
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel within the region.
Enthusiastic, resilient, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
