SportyMinis is a leading provider of physical education and sports programs for nurseries, schools, and childcare settings across the UK. We specialise in cross curriculuar PE programs that help children develop fundamental movement skills while having fun through sport and physical activity.

The Role

We're seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Assistant to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about children's sports and education to make a real impact while working flexibly from home.

Key Responsibilities:

Email Marketing Campaigns

: Create and manage targeted email campaigns to nurseries, schools, and childcare providers using our CRM systems

Social Media Marketing

: Help create engaging content across our social media platforms to promote SportyMinis programs and build brand awareness. You must be willing to engage, not just post & ghost.

Client Outreach

: Proactive phone outreach to potential clients (nurseries, schools, childcare settings) to introduce our PE booster programs and secure bookings

Lead Generation

: Research and identify new potential clients across the UK

Client Relationship Management

: Maintain relationships with existing clients and support renewal processes

Campaign Performance Tracking

: Monitor and report on marketing campaign effectiveness and sales metrics
What We're Looking For

Essential:

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Experience with email marketing platforms and social media management Comfortable with phone-based sales and client outreach Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks Passion for children's health, education, or sports Self-motivated and able to work independently from home

Desirable:

Previous experience in sales, marketing, or business development Knowledge of the education/childcare sector Understanding of digital marketing strategies An AI first mindset to ensure you can effective with your time.
