Poseidon Pharmaceutical UK Ltd are specialists in reconditioned processing and packing machinery, with a strong focus on the pharmaceutical industry. Based near Newport, Telford, we operate as a close-knit, supportive team in a friendly office environment. As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales & Marketing Co-Ordinator to own our marketing function and help strengthen our brand presence and customer outreach.
Role Overview
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with a passion for marketing and a desire to develop their skills and career within a successful, growing business. You will support a wide range of marketing and sales activities--especially in digital marketing and lead generation--with plenty of scope to grow your skills and responsibilities over time. The proposed hours are circa. 25 per week, with some flexibility.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management:
Manage and maintain LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter (X), and Instagram, ensuring engaging and relevant content.
Content Creation:
Capture and create marketing images and videos using tools such as Adobe Express and Canva.
Content Writing:
Research and write blog posts, website content, and copy for social media and email campaigns.
Lead Identification:
Use Lusha and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to research and qualify potential leads.
Customer Profiling:
Research and build profiles of businesses in target industries to support outreach efforts.
Website & SEO Reporting:
Monitor and report on website performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
Trend & Insight Analysis:
Analyse market trends and consumer insights to inform strategies and identify new opportunities.
Marketing Materials:
Create and edit materials such as brochures, presentations, and email campaigns.
Campaign Monitoring:
Track and report on campaign performance and effectiveness.
Collaboration:
Work closely with management, business development and engineers to align marketing efforts with wider business objectives.
General Support:
Carry out other sales and marketing duties as required by the business.
Person Specification

Experience with using and (preferably) building databases
Organised and proactive, with a willingness to get involved in a range of tasks

Knowledge of SEO or a willingness to learn would be an advantage
Full driving license
