Duties
Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to meet organisational objectives.
Identify new business opportunities through market research and analysis of industry trends.
Manage and nurture relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Lead B2B sales efforts, including negotiations, proposals, and contract management.
Utilise Salesforce to track sales activities, forecast revenue, and analyse performance metrics.
Coordinate marketing campaigns across multiple channels to enhance brand visibility.
Analyse sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with organisational goals.
Prepare reports for senior management on sales performance, market insights, and competitive landscape.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales management, particularly within B2B environments.
Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets effectively.
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is essential.
Fluency in Spanish is highly advantageous for engaging with diverse markets.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
