Hello there, I'm Harry, founder of a group of small companies in the UK. Thanks for checking out my advert for a Sales & Marketing Executive.
Above all, I'm looking for an ambitious, technically minded, sales-focused individual to help me generate high-value prospects and convert our current pipeline of leads. Most of your work will focus on my two digital agencies, Voodoochilli and Heritage Creative, but I also run a mentoring and consulting business called Mentora, and the role covers opportunities across the group.
This is a 2-day per week contractor role with a base pay of 100/day and a generous, uncapped commission package. Those 2 days can be spread flexibly across the week, or done as set days, it's up to you. If you want to put in more time and generate more results, you can, and there's no reason this couldn't grow into a six-figure role for someone who's ready to go all-in.
What you'll do
Write and deliver
compelling proposals
that win new business.
Manage
SEO and content strategy
across our brands.
Create
lead magnets, email campaigns, and automation workflows
(n8n/Zapier).
Generate and qualify leads
via LinkedIn, outreach, and partnerships.
Keep the
CRM pipeline
tight and ensure no opportunity is missed.
Support
content marketing
(blogs, case studies, newsletters, social posts).
Run and optimise
paid campaigns
(Google, LinkedIn, Meta).
Set up online events, masterminds, and in-person networking opportunities (UK/Portugal).
Report directly to the Founder with results and recommendations.
What we're looking for
Results-driven, entrepreneurial mindset.
Strong writing skills, especially for proposals.
SEO, lead generation, and marketing automation experience.
Confident with LinkedIn outreach, CRM management, and reporting.
Hungry to grow and willing to be judged on outcomes.
Knowledge of
UK/EU markets
is a strong advantage.
Bonus: experience with online events, partnerships, or networking.
