. This is a dynamic role that blends sales outreach with marketing initiatives to help generate and convert enquiries into sales.
You will be responsible for building relationships with new and existing customers, creating and managing marketing campaigns, and helping to grow our presence online and offline. You'll be part of a supportive team but will be expected to take ownership of your role and deliver results.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively contact potential and existing customers by phone and email
Generate and follow up on enquiries, quotes, and sales opportunities
Produce and send professional quotations and sales proposals
Plan and execute marketing campaigns (email, social media, printed materials)
Manage and create content for LinkedIn and other platforms
Work with management to develop marketing ideas and strategies
Maintain and update CRM systems and contact databases
Track campaign effectiveness and sales performance
Represent the business professionally at all times
Required Skills & Experience:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Confident phone manner and ability to build rapport
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office, CRM, and social media tools
Experience in sales, marketing, or a similar customer-facing role
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Organised with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Experience using LinkedIn for business and marketing is a plus
Previous B2B sales or construction industry experience is beneficial but not essential
